Please allow us to process your order within 24-48 hours after your purchase. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email along with order details. Estimate shipping time can take anywhere from 5 - 8 business days. 
Previous customers have experienced earlier shipping times. However,  shipping may be delayed. Please keep in mind that we do offer SAME-DAY pickup after 9 AM and before 8 PM Mon.- Sat. 

Currently, we are only allowing customers to exchange packages, NO REFUNDS. If your package is damaged, or incorrect we will adjust to proceed with correcting your order, ONLY under limited circumstances. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Once items have been altered/worn, we are no longer responsible. Our goal is to make sure all items have been properly delivered to our customers, whether it is by tracking or pickup. However, once your item(s) has reached its destination, we are no longer liable.
